Richard Young
Director
Richard worked on his first start-up investment in 1986, a satellite uplink company. Since then he has invested in approaching 100 start-ups, managing funds for 3i, The Manchester Technology Fund and Enterprise Ventures.
Peter Folkman
Key investor
Peter was a director of 3i before setting up North of England Ventures, his own private equity firm. He is an honorary professor at Manchester Business School.
Phil Goodwin
Key investor
Phil has a lifelong career in private equity investment, with 3i and then Montagu Private Equity, where he co-led the buy-out from HSBC.
